Core Committee Member

Overview

As the Treasurer (Aug 2025 – Present) and former Core Committee Member (Jan – Aug 2025) of the Computer Society of India (CSI) student chapter at Nirma University, I have been responsible for managing technical event operations, sponsorships, and budgeting. CSI is one of the most active student technical chapters on campus, organizing hackathons, workshops, and coding competitions.

Leadership & Major Technical Deliverables

1. HACKaMINeD 2026 (Treasurer & Lead Organizer)

• Managed the financial strategies, budget allocation, and prize distribution for HACKaMINeD 2026.
• Coordinated with corporate sponsors to secure funding, managing a total budget pool and prize matrix of INR 4.5 Lakhs.
• Handled operations and logistics serving 2500+ student registrations from universities across the nation.
• Executed the hackathon in close collaboration with the State University of New York (SUNY) Binghamton.

2. HackNUThon 6.0 & CUBIX 2025

• Acted as a Core Committee coordinator for HackNUThon 6.0, a 24-hour national technical hackathon.
• Co-organized CUBIX 2025, a technical symposium comprising competitive programming, design sprints, and algorithmic problem-solving contests.
• Led a volunteer team of 30+ students to handle participant onboarding, infrastructure planning, and real-time evaluation coordination.
